A pre-launch declaration is compared with simulated deployment observations. In a production integration, supported fields could be obtained from a chain adapter and related evidence sources.

Why reconciliation continues
Proxy implementation upgrades and privileged-role changes may alter risk after launch and can trigger reassessment. Each comparison is preserved as a new event rather than overwriting the prior record.
